Cage Size
When considering getting a cage for your Gouldian Finch we recommend looking into a cage that is at least 18 x 14 that will allow them to get around. Larger cages are best to look into as well since these birds love to fly and jump around frequently. Having lots of space will ensure they are happy and healthy.
Toys & Accessories
Gouldian Finches need a variety of toys to keep them busy and happy. Popular toys for this species are toys with paper, bells and soft wood. These toys will keep your finch very happy. Avoid any toys/accessories that contain rope and mirrors as these are dangerous for all parrots. Natural Perches are best for every bird species, most popular perches are made from manzanita and java wood.
